An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the "Account" icon at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.

What size of mounting track should I purchase?If you plan on installing an electric downrigger or vertical rod tree, we recommend installing the strongest mounting option right off the get go. It is easier and more economical to purchase a larger track in the beginning than to have to invest money in a smaller track and then add on later.

Can I make a Wishlist of Traxstech items I would like to buy?
Absolutely. Simply click on the "Add to List" button on our product details page, and the product will be saved for future reference.

Can I mount my rod holder directly to the #ACB-250 Brackets?
No, these are for mounting tracks only. If you want a bracket to mount your other brand rod holders to your Alumacraft boat then look up Part: #ACB-400.

Can I pick up an online order in person to save on shipping costs?
Yes, you may! Keep in mind, you must make sure we know that you are wanting to do an in store pick up at our location. We also are only here certain times for a in store pickup. Please confirm by contacting us first.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

Do the mounting tracks come with hardware to install them?
Yes. They come with stainless steel 1-3/4" long screws with lock washers, fender washers and nuts.

Does Traxstech's tracks come with end caps included?
No. We sell those separately. Please search for Part: #MTEC-2.

Do you have videos I can watch of Traxstech Products?
Yes we do. You can find relevant videos throughout our website. We also have a YouTube page and all of our videos can be found there. 

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup, we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Does Traxstech offer any kind of a warranty on your products?
Traxstech offers a limited-lifetime warranty on all products manufactured to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, when used under normal operating conditions and when applied in accordance to our guidelines.

How can I see my order history?
Log in to your account on the Traxstech website.

How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
To purchase a gift certificate for someone, click here. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate and would like to redeem your gift certificate, click here.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities/cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

How do I create an account for the website to order?
1) Click the Account link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up.
