Shipping Questions

Traxstech can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-length-destination based. We have the following shipping options to choose from:

Information About Delivery

Traxstech requires a signature upon delivery for all of our shipments.  If you wish to waive this requirement, you must notify us when you place your order. Please type in the order comments section that you are waiving the signature requirement on your UPS order. If you do waive the required signature, and UPS says your package was delivered and it is lost or stolen then it is on you. If you have a specific spot where you want UPS to put your package; IE: back door, garage door, shed, etc., please let us know in the comment section as well.

Important Information for International Buyers

Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
