How many Rail mount clamps do I need for a 6" track?
You will need one bracket per set of mounting holes. Depending on what size of track you are trying to mount using our Rail Mount Clamps will determine how many sets you will need to purchase. MT-6 (6-inch mounting track ) requires two clamps / 1 set of Rail Clamps.

How many T-Bolt mount brackets do I need for a 6" track?
You will need one bracket per set of mounting holes. Depending on what size of track you are trying to mount using our T-bolt brackets will determine how many sets you will need to purchase. MT-6 (6 inch mounting track) requires 2 brackets / 1 set of T-bolt brackets in the degree of your boat's track system.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices.

How much line comes on my Traxstech Downrigger?
We include 400 feet of line on each of our Traxstech Downriggers.

How much will my shipping be?
Shipping depends on weight and where the item(s) is being shipped to. You can add in-stock items to your shopping cart on the website and enter your state and zip code and it will give you an approximate shipping total.

How should I wire my Traxstech Downrigger?
Each downrigger should have its own wiring with inline fuses. It is not required to have both fuses and a circuit breaker.

How tall are Traxstech's vertical aluminum rod trees?
The #VBT-2 is from bottom of the post to the top of it about 16”. The VBT-3 is from bottom of the post to the top of it about 29”. The VBT-4 is from bottom of the post to the top of it about 39”.

I bought an item from one of your dealers and no longer need it. Can I return it to you? What is your return policy?
No, Traxstech does not accept returns from our dealers. You would have to contact the dealer you bought it from and get a refund/exchange directly from them.

I have two Traxstech Downsriggers, can I run one set of wires for both riggers?
No, do not run multiple downriggers from the same set of wires. Each downrigger should have it's own set of wires.

I have a question on my charges.

I have an Alumacraft boat do you make anything for it?
We have the following items that are compatible with the Alumacraft boat: Bracket Adapter (Part #:ACB-400), Alumatrac Clamps for Alumacraft Boats (Part: #ACB-250), Single Rod Holder on Alumacraft Bracket Adapter (Part: #RH1-ACB).

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

I'm interested in the GM-100 and I think it would work in my boat, but would need to try it out to be sure. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Learn more on our Returns/Repairs page.
