If a Traxstech product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. To initiate a warranty claim, the product must be shipped prepaid to Traxstech for evaluation.

This warranty strictly covers the repair or replacement of the defective product. Traxstech is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to additional costs, lost time, or related expenses arising from the use or failure of the product.

This warranty does not cover products that have been:
