Yes. Traxstech offers a limited-lifetime warranty on all of its products manufactured to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, when used under normal operating conditions and when applied in accordance to our guidelines.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you believe that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
I bought an item from a Traxstech dealer and no longer need it. Can I return it to you?
No. Traxstech does not accept returns from our dealers. You would have to contact the dealer you bought it from and get a refund/exchange directly from them.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
