How do I return an item?
Traxstech accepts returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion, we will offer an exchange or store credit only after 30 calendar days. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- The item(s) do not show any signs of wear or damage.
- The item(s) are returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item you receive is damaged or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT the required form will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
Traxstech offers a limited-lifetime warranty on all products manufactured to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, when used under normal operating conditions and when applied in accordance with specifications.
Traxstech will repair or replace, at its discretion, any of its product which has been found to be defective, provided that the product is shipped freight prepaid to Traxstech. The liability under this warranty shall be solely limited to repair or replacement of the companies product within the warranty period and shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages or expenses associated with the warranted product.
Any product of Traxstech, which is damaged due to misuse, abuse and /or negligence or has been modified or dismantled, will not be covered by this warranty.
If you need to have any merchandise repaired, you must download and fill out our repair form. Please be sure to include the completed form along with your item(s). Failure to include this paperwork may delay or void your repair options.
