How to Return an Item
Eligibility: Items must be purchased directly from Traxstech. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for items bought from other sellers—please contact them directly.
Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a completed Traxstech Return Form.
Condition: Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
Fees: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact Customer Support within 5 days for assistance. Defective items will be exchanged if reported within this period. Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt and report any damages within 5 days. Retain packaging and materials for damaged goods claims—failure to do so may result in denial of claim by UPS.
Refunds: Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items. Returns without the required form or made after 30 days will not be refunded.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise noted.

Click the "Get Return Form" button and request a form to initiate your return. Please include the completed form with your return shipment.
When you click print form it will allow you to fill it in before actually printing it.

Warranty Coverage
*If a product is found to be defective, Traxstech will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item.
To initiate a warranty claim:
*The product must be shipped to Traxstech with freight prepaid
*Evaluation will be conducted upon receipt
*Traxstech will determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate
Repair Form Requirement
*If you need to have any merchandise repaired, you must download and complete our repair form. Be sure to include the filled-out form with your item(s).
⚠️ Failure to include this paperwork may delay or void your repair options.
⚠️ Limitations of Liability
*This warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Traxstech is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages—including, but not limited to:
*Additional costs
*Lost time
*Related expenses resulting from the use or failure of the product
Warranty Exclusions
*This warranty does not apply to products that have been:
Misused, abused, or neglected
*Damaged due to improper installation or unauthorized alterations
Modified or dismantled
*Subjected to negligence or other forms of damage outside normal use
