We can ship USPS if you wish.

Please note in the note section of your order, that you would like it shipped via USPS.

We will adjust the shipping cost to the USPS cost.

Keep in mind we can not ship anything 36" or longer via USPS. 

The post office will only allow us to ship via USPS items that can actually fit in a mailbox.

Traxstech ships to virtually any address worldwide using UPS and USPS. We’re committed to getting your gear to you safely and efficiently—whether you're ordering from across town or across the globe.

Choosing USPS

  • If you prefer USPS, add a note in the Order Notes section during checkout.
  • We’ll adjust your shipping cost to reflect USPS rates.
  • Note: USPS cannot ship items 36" or longer. Only products that fit in a standard mailbox are eligible.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally via UPS and USPS, but some products may have restrictions or may not be eligible for export. If your order includes such items, we’ll notify you during checkout.

Shipping Estimates

Once your order is placed, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on:

  • Product availability
  • Your selected shipping method (UPS or USPS)

Shipping estimates may also appear on the Shipping Quotes page, depending on your selection.

Information About Delivery

Traxstech requires a signature upon delivery for all of our shipments.  If you wish to waive this requirement, you must notify us when you place your order. Please type in the order comments section that you are waiving the signature requirement on your UPS order. If you do waive the required signature, and UPS says your package was delivered and it is lost or stolen then it is on you. If you have a specific spot where you want UPS to put your package; IE: back door, garage door, shed, etc., please let us know in the comment section as well.

Here at Traxstech, we value our customers and want to protect the orders placed with us. We want your orders to end up in your hands, not in the hands of thieves.

International Buyers – Please Read

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any additional costs before placing your order.

Note: Shipping charges listed at checkout cover shipping only. They do not include any import-related fees.

Special Note for Canadian Customers

UPS applies an additional $50 cross-border fee for shipments into Canada. This charge is not related to tariffs or duties—it’s a separate fee imposed by UPS for international delivery.

To help you avoid this extra cost, we recommend switching your shipping method to USPS, which does not include this fee. USPS is a reliable and cost-effective option for Canadian shipments and can help you save significantly.

If you are a Canadian customer and would like us to update your shipping from UPS to USPS, simply add a note in the “Order Notes” section when placing your order. We’ll make the adjustment for you before your item ships.
