An item is missing from my shipment. What should I do?

Can I pick up an online order in person to save on shipping costs?

Yes, you may! However, please keep in mind that we must be aware of your intention to pick up locally. Please confirm your pick up time by contacting us first.

Do you ship to my country?

To verify if we ship to your country, please create an account by clicking the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup, we'll ask for your shipping address and country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately, we do not ship to your country at this time.

How long will it take for my package to ship via UPS?

The map posted gives an approximate time frame which UPS packages take once they are shipped. ** Please note this is not from time of order, it is from time of shipment. ** Inclement weather may also affect shipping times.

How much is shipping going to cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information and depend on the weight and destination of the package. Simply add items to your cart and then proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices.

My order arrived and a product is missing parts. What should I do?

When will my order ship?

Why is my shipping rate so high?

Please call us if the quoted shipping amount seems way off. From time to time, the system will quote too high of shipping rate. We will be glad to double check and put your order in over the phone.

Why do I have to sign for my UPS shipments?

In regards to recent events, Traxstech requires a signature for all of its UPS shipments. If you wish to waive that requirement, you must let us know.
